If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, a request for a refund or credit may be made within 15 days. Full details will then be provided on how to proceed.
Here are some things to keep in mind:
Refunds and credits are granted on the purchase price of the item only (not on the shipping cost too).
We must be contacted prior to your sending the item back so that we can confirm eligibility and issue an RMA number and provide other necessary details.
The item must be returned in original condition.
Shipping expenses to return the product to us are the customer's responsibility.
The item must be shipped back to us within 7 days of your refund request.
Returns on music/recordings, videos/DVD's, musical instruments, software, computer hardware, electronics, products with working parts, art prints, and reading materials are only accepted if you bought a brand new and sealed item AND it is returned brand new and unopened/sealed. Clothing refunds are only given on garments sold new with original tags returned in original condition.
Refunds are not given on emailable or downloadable digital products.
